The Challenge
A vital part of Courtaulds Legwear success lies with its customer service and the efficient processing of orders. In the early 1990′s the company adopted its first DOS based handheld computer system to be used by its field workers. The efficiency of a computerised system over a paper based one, became apparent immediately as orders were entered once only at source.
